Refunds and Exchanges
Policies set forth by our clients, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges, unless approved by the Promoter. In the event that an exchange is approved, the full purchase price of the ticket will be refunded less any service charges, transaction charges, and/or shipping and handling fees.

MyClubCity does not decide whether there will be a refund issued. As such, MyClubCity will have no responsibility to issue refunds. However, if the Promoter determines that a refund is to be issued, then MyClubCity.com will process refunds for tickets sold through our website, call center, and at our physical distribution points.

Should a refund be issued, it will be by the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used, the refund can only be issued to that particular card. Service charges and transaction fees are not refundable.

Before a refund or exchange is issued, any tickets picked up or shipped out must be shipped back to MyClubCity.

Tickets are void if declared stolen.
